From the doctor to the receptionists, everyone is professional, knowledgeable and kind! Helped me with not only my new glasses and prescription, but also to set a baseline for my next visit(s) to watch out for worsening of the nerves in my eyes and continue to keep an eye on potential glaucoma. Grateful I went here because it has been a while since I’ve been to an eye doctor (I’m 27 - should’ve been more on top of it) and I’m glad that I know about what’s going on with my eyes now!

The doctor is very attentive and thorough, and I always appreciate the helpful suggestions I receive for managing my dry eye condition. Appointment scheduling is quick and easy, which makes everything even more convenient. Me and my kids see Dr. Hajali, and in my opinion she is an excellent doctor. I recently moved from Missouri, so I am a new customer. I could not be happier with Quality Eye Care’s unique services and excellent customer service. My needs were specifically: • Diabetic Retinal Exam – Which was performed using newer equipment than I am used to. The bill was sent to my Health Insurance, and results communicated to my doctor. I liked that. • Eye Drop Refill – Promptly called into my pharmacist. • Yearly eye exam – Which I thought went very well. There was no wait for the doctor, the exam was quick, but very thorough, even double checking my pressers. I appreciated this detail. • New prescription and glasses - The team was very pleasant and caring during this process. They listened to all my needs and requests. They went above and beyond to find a pair of glasses that matched my preferences, face and budget. • Eye Insurance - The bill for my eye exam and glasses was sent to my eye insurance company. I like that they took both of my insurances. • New Glasses – Well, I can tell you that I have never had such a great fitting and spot on prescription before. No adjustments had to be made! I am definitely going back for a second pair. If you are looking for exceptional care, I would recommend Quality Eye Care!

My experience with Quality eye care Kildeer as well as their other locations was amazing. When I needed an appointment they squeezed me in to get my eye looked at. Not only that but they made sure to make time for me to come back and keep an eye on my progress. Once I was back to normal the went the extra step to insure I didn’t have any more issues in the future by making sure I was aware of the preventative measures and steps. As well as continuing to see me to track progress. Since going I have had no eye issues and would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend Quality Eye Clinic. I’ve been to the Elgin and Kildeer office. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was struggling with severe dry eyes since 2022 to 2024. I started seeing Dr Hajali in April 2024, she is amazing. She had managed my dry eyes to the point they are very comfortable now. She only recommends what is needed. I absolutely recommend this clinic. I have been to Both the Elgin and Kildeer locations and I have received Only great service at both places. I do prefer the Kildeer location for me because it is easier to get appointments. Doc. Hajali is very professional, very thorough with my check ups and only recommends what is necessary. My kids love coming here and feel very comfortable with her and the receptionist/fitter. He is also very knowledgeable when explaining the different options available for the lenses. He never tries to sell anything, just gives you the information you need to help you decide. I am so happy with this office and will keep coming for years to come!

BEST EYE DOCTOR EVER 🙂 I went to Costco a year ago and they got my prescription horribly wrong and I was left without glasses for one year. I came here when the year started and have never had a better eye exam. I felt comfortable, at home, and the staff treated me with such kindness and patience. I could not recommend QeyeC enough!!
